Incident Narrative

Two employees were delivering a fully loaded food cart to a hospital. While lowering the electric lift on the back of the delivery vehicle, the cart shifted and began to fall off the lift. The injured employee tried to stop the cart from falling but it fell on the employee resulting in a broken femur requiring hospitalization and surgery.
