Incident Narrative
Two employees were in a scissor lift, installing aircraft cable between light poles. The lift was raised and then tipped over causing both employees to fall. Employee 1 sustained a fractured right leg, a pelvic fracture on the left side, and a fractured tailbone. Employee 2 sustained a fractured left arm, collapsed lung, and internal bleeding.
