A temporary employee was handling the intensifier bar with a hoist; a strap was around the support for the hoist. Another employee was helping him maneuver it to get it into the blender. The injured employee's hand made contact with a sharp hook as he pulled his hand toward him, resulting in a puncture wound to the top of his hand.
