Incident Narrative
On November 22, 2022, an employee was delivering lumber to a job site. The employee climbed into the bed of the pickup truck and began unstrapping the lumber from the rack. After releasing the rear strap, he felt the truck begin to move. The employee then jumped from the back of the bed of the truck onto the back passenger side of the vehicle. He fell and hit the ground and the truck then rolled over his legs with the front passenger side tire. The employee was hospitalized for a tibia fracture and displacement.
