Incident Narrative
An employee was working at the saw table to cut metal tubes. Once the tube was completed, the employee removed it. The tube slipped from the employee's hands, causing it to bounce off the floor and strike the employee's left hand. They were hospitalized for fractures of the middle, ring, and little fingers.
