Incident Narrative

An employee was on a scissor lift performing maintenance on a crane. A nearby crane from an adjacent bay struck the scissor lift, causing the scissor lift to fall over with the employee on it. The employee fell approximately 15 feet and was hospitalized for a fractured ankle and head laceration.
