Incident Narrative
An employee was standing with his right hand placed on a table with casters. The table moved, causing the employee to lose balance. The employee placed his left hand on the table's edge, and the table flipped. The employee fell backward, striking his head on the tile floor. He was hospitalized for a scalp abrasion and cranial hemorrhage.
