An employee was helping to unload a truck at a gas station. The employee was walking on the back of the truck when their right knee popped, causing them to fall 5 to 6 feet to the concrete below, landing on their back and left elbow. The employee was hospitalized with torn ligaments in their right knee and a fractured kneecap.
