An employee had just finished installing foam insulation on a foundation wall. He was climbing out of the foundation area and placed one leg on top of the 3-foot foundation wall when his other foot (still on the ground) slipped on stones causing him to fall backward to the ground. He was hospitalized with a broken L2 vertebra.
