Incident Narrative
An employee was on the ground at one end of a rafter, which a forklift was lifting using two wire chokers. As the forklift raised it, the rafter caught on a clip. The employee released it and it pinched him against the forklift. He suffered five broken ribs and cuts to his spleen and liver.
