An employee working at a well site was preparing to deliver chemicals, which were in bulk totes mounted on a truck, to the field tank. While disembarking from the rear of the truck, the employee slipped and fell approximately 4 feet from the truck's ladder to the ground, resulting in a boot top fracture to his left tibia and fibula.
