Incident Narrative
An employee was on the side of the highway after his work truck broke down. Due to the amount of traffic on the highway, the tow truck driver asked the employee to stay inside the work truck while it was being lifting. Once the truck was lifted, the employee stepped out of it and fell to the ground, resulting in cracked ribs and vertebrae.
