An employee was about to clear a jam inside a can body maker. As he stepped up to open the body maker, with one hand on a control panel and the other on the body maker door, he suffered an electrical shock and fell. He was hospitalized, suffering from electrical shock and a severe knee sprain resulting from the fall.
