Incident Narrative
A pump part was attached to a forklift with a strap. The forklift operator raised the part up to spin and flip the part over to the unprepped side to continue the sand blasting process. The injured employee was assisting when the part/strap shifted allowing the part to fall, breaking the employee's arm. The employee was hospitalized.
