At about 5:45 a.m. on July 27, 2022, an Autocar employee was driving a stand-up forklift in reverse when it began to slide. It crashed into a rack, and the employee's foot was caught between the forklift and the rack. She suffered a broken ankle and heel and was hospitalized.
