Incident Narrative
An employee was using a demolition saw to cut a piece of pipe. He was cutting the pipe while two other employees held down both sides; a 6-by-6 piece of wood was being used under the pipe to create a crown so the pipe would not pinch the blade. The saw kicked back and lacerated his face from the jawline to the corner of the upper lip.
