Incident Narrative

An employee was moving a 55-gallon drum a few inches closer to another steel drum. The employee's thumb was caught between the two drums. The bone between the tip of the thumb and the first joint was broken, and the thumb was lacerated on the outside, from the tip to the first knuckle.
