An employee was trying to clear built-up filtered metal and grindstone fines from a filtration chamber. When he grabbed the filter paper and pulled on it, it ripped and he fell backward out of the hopper. His head struck the concrete floor. He was hospitalized, suffering from a concussion, bleeding on the brain, and back pain.
