Employees were tasked with installing concrete masonry units (CMU) top connections bent plates in a parking garage. An employee fell from the ladder to the concrete floor 9 feet below. The employee sustained a broken nose and injuries to their right cheekbone, right eyebrow, left elbow, and right wrist.
