Incident Narrative

An employee worked all day doing construction work in elevated heat temperatures. Heat index values that day were between 82.1F and 111.1F. He started feeling nauseous and light headed at about 2:00 PM. He took a break and then continued with the rest of his shift. He clocked out at 4:30 PM and went home. He was later hospitalized and treated for dehydration.
