Two employees were team-lifting a reel bar to insert it into a new reel of wire. As the employees were walking toward the reel of wire, the injured employee tripped on a concrete parking bumper and fell onto the curb. As he fell, he released his grip on the reel bar and it landed on his left hand. The left middle fingertip was amputated.
