Incident Narrative
An employee was standing near a stationary skid-steer while training a contractor on some of the skid-steer's operational controls. The contractor was in the seat of the skid-steer when one of the operational controls moved, causing the forks of the skid-steer to slightly move and pinch the employee's hips, resulting in a dislocated pelvis in two places.
