An employee was using a forklift with a pallet basket to adjust the brace of a building. The basket fell off the forks of the forklift, causing the employee to fall from the forklift t 6-7 feet to the ground below. The employee suffered a skull fracture with brain bleeding, a broken right fibula, a broken left ankle, and a broken right elbow.
