Incident Narrative

An employee was throwing trash bags up from the basement to the street level. The employee lost his footing on the third step and fell down 2.3 feet to the basement floor, hitting his face and landing on metal siding. The employee suffered a loss of feeling in the right arm and right leg, which required surgery.
