An employee had just mounted a double walkie-rider and was pulling out of its parking spot. While making a sharp turn, the employee fell off the operator's platform and landed in front of the walkie-rider as it collided with a second, parked walkie-rider. The employee's right leg was struck by both machines' operator platforms and suffered fractures to the right tibia and fibula.
