An employee was working from a swing stage scaffold that was positioned 28 feet high on a building. A crane was lifting and moving porta-johns. The crane struck the swing stage causing it to collapse. The employee's left elbow caught on a metal part of the scaffold causing a laceration that required hospitalization.
