An employee was delivering laundry at a vendor's loading dock. He went inside the delivery trailer to load empty bins and tripped on the trailer floor and fell inside the trailer. The surface inside the trailer was approximately 2 inches higher than the loading dock surface. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured hip.
