Incident Narrative

The employee was cleaning a portion of the machine when the rag the employee was using became caught in the machine. The employee attempted to pull the rag out of the machine and his left hand was pulled into the machine between the plastic web material on the rollers and the chiller used on the machine. The employee was hospitalized for an injury that required stitches.
