Incident Narrative
An employee was riding in the back of a trailer being pulled by a cart. The employee had his hand on top of a clothing rack to stabilize it while the vehicle was in motion. When exiting the underground parking garage, the employee's thumb got caught on the top of the exit, resulting in the amputation of the tip of his left thumb.
