Incident Narrative
An employee was driving a rider pallet truck around a corner. A forklift was stopped at the opposite side of the intersection with a pallet of chicken meat on its forks. The employee jumped off the pallet truck as it stopped, and his right foot was caught between the platform on the pallet truck and the wooden pallet on the fork truck. The ankle was broken.
