An employee was on a roof working to replace a skylight. While receiving equipment from the ground, the employee fell through a skylight to the ground below. The employee sustained injury to the spleen and liver, as well as fractures to their hip, ribs, and an arm. The employee was wearing a harness, but it was not connected at the time of the fall.
