Incident Narrative

An employee was on a wooden platform hoisted approximately 9 feet by a rough terrain telehandler forklift performing framing work on a gable at the back of the house. The employee was pinned between the gable and the forklift when the forklift moved. The employee sustained several broken vertebrae, a broken shoulder and broken ribs.
