Incident Narrative

An employee was trying to secure an 8- to 10-inch-thick, 40-foot-long pipe to a trailer. The pipe began to roll. The employee fell from the trailer while trying to stop the pipe's motion; the pipe then fell onto the employee's thigh and broke the employee's leg.
