Incident Narrative

Three employees were preparing to move a 40-foot camera pole section off a gooseneck trailer. While two of them were setting up equipment, the injured employee stepped up on the right front corner of the trailer. The pole then shifted, and fell to the ground on top of his ankles. He suffered a broken right ankle and soft tissue injuries to his left ankle.
