Incident Narrative
An employee was attempting to fix a piece of equipment. The machine has a drop table with a vinyl belt that catches product from overhead slings and feeds the product, gowns, to the employees so they can pull it off and feed it to the folders. Three employee's attempted to fix a broken belt. As the employees were trying to roll the belt up on the roller, one of the employee's arms got caught in the roller resulting in a fractured forearm.
