An employee was using a circular saw to cut raw lumber down to size. He was operating the saw with his right hand when its blade contacted his left middle, ring, and little fingers. The blade amputated his middle finger at the top knuckle, cut his ring finger at the middle knuckle but left the finger still attached, and amputated his little fingertip.
