An employee was installing clips for acoustic panels on a scaffold. As he turned left to take a measurement for the clips, he lost his footing and fell to the floor about 45 inches below, landing on his left side. He suffered a laceration and fracture to the left side of his jaw, fractures to the left arm above the wrist and below the elbow, and a fractured right arm.
