Incident Narrative

An employee was moving parts with a pallet jack. The pallet jack displaced a stack of plastic totes in front of the material being moved. The employee attempted to stop the stack of totes from falling and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a torn muscle in his left knee that required surgery.
