Incident Narrative
An employee was using a stand-up tugger to move materials when a dry erase board on the front of the tugger came loose. The employee attempted to pick up the board and place it in a box behind him on the tugger. While the employee was turned, the tugger drove across a slope, which caused the employee to lose his balance and fall off the tugger. The employee sustained a broken left ankle.
