An employee was cleaning up cotton from around a conveyor belt. He fell onto the belt, passed under an auger that was over the belt, and hit a metal support beam with his head. He continued down the conveyor and a piece of metal overhead struck his left eye. He suffered trauma to the eye, as well as chest fractures.
