Incident Narrative
An employee and co-workers were doing core aerations when one of the machines got stuck in a slightly sloped area of the property. The employee attempted to put a strap on his machine to pull the other machine out. As he searched for a place to hook the strap to, he put his hand under a plate on the machine when his middle and ring fingers contacted a pulley underneath, resulting in 1/8 inch fingertip amputations.
