Incident Narrative

An employee was installing drywall inside a home, working from a wooden plank positioned across the top of a doorframe and a metal plank. The plank shifted and the worker fell to the plywood floor more than 10 feet below and struck his head resulting in a loss of consciousness and concussion. Fall protection was not worn at the time.
