Incident Narrative
An employee was preparing a trailer ramp door for repair. He disconnected the support cables inside the trailer so they could be adjusted (so that the door could open fully without them tangling). He then went outside the trailer and unlocked the bar locks holding the door closed. The door stayed closed until he pulled it down, at which point it fell on him and broke his back.
