An employee was placing cases of products on pallets on a grocery shipping line. While he was between two pallets, adjusting a case on one of them, a pallet jack moved to pick up one of the pallets. The employee was caught between the two pallets and suffered a sprained ankle, two broken ribs, and a punctured lung. He was hospitalized.
