Incident Narrative
A rented bulldozer was being returned to a facility. It developed issues going in reverse while being backed off a trailer. While its operator was investigating the problem, an employee of Condrey Farms moved to pick up the last chain used to bind the dozer to the trailer during transport. One of the dozer tracks engaged, making the dozer spin on the trailer, and the front blade of the dozer pinned the employee against the front blade of a parked dozer next to the trailer. The employee suffered a hematoma on the left side of the stomach and was hospitalized.
