Incident Narrative

An employee was saddled in their horse monitoring other horses on a walking trail when a guest dropped their reins. The employee leaned forward to grab the guest's reins. The employee's horse then backed up about 10 steps, reared up, and fell over, causing the employee to fall off and the horse then landed on the employee's left leg. The employee was hospitalized with a broken tibia.
