Incident Narrative

An employee was changing the tire of a semi-trailer for a customer. He replaced the tire on the rim and started putting air into it when the tire exploded and he fell down a ravine and hit his head. He was knocked unconscious and was hospitalized for head trauma and cerebral bleeding.
