Incident Narrative

An employee was standing in a laundry area, in front of a washing machine, after emptying a plastic bag of laundry into the washer. The employee dropped the bag, slipped on it, and fell. Her right hip struck the concrete floor and the metal threshold of a doorway. The hip was broken and she was hospitalized.
