Incident Narrative

Employees were trying to fix a hose on a skid loader's concrete breaker attachment. The skid loader attached to the breaker, raised it, and began to rotate it forward to give the mechanic access. The breaker fell off the skid loader and broke the right leg of the mechanic, who was standing to the left front of the skid loader.
