Incident Narrative

At about 3:00 p.m. on August 19, 2021, an employee was on a ladder, hanging artwork on a church wall. A volunteer leaned on the opposite side of the ladder, trying to support the employee, and the ladder destabilized. The employee fell to the floor and suffered a broken right shoulder, as well as a contusion to his right elbow.
